2025 MAJACE FAQ

Yes, Marcus Anderson hosts one of the most fantastic music festivals!

MAJACE offers Premium Platinum Experience and Gold VIP Packages for 3 and 2 days. We provide exclusive services to our VIP guests throughout the MAJACE Escape. Our packages include various events such as shows, catered meals, NC BBQ/Cookout, brunch, artist meet and greet, as well as two nights of fantastic music and after parties. Please visit tickets page to select the VIP package that suits your preferences.

We offer payment plans for our platinum and gold festival packages. These plans are available for most of the time leading up to the festival. However, as we get closer to the event, the number of payment plan options may decrease until there is only one option available. Please note that there are additional fees associated with using our payment plans, which cover the added convenience they provide.
The Platinum and Gold seating sections have reserved seats. During the booking process, you have a 7-minute countdown to choose and check out your preferred seat. The VIP seats are exclusive to you for the duration of the festival.
The one payment option is the most cost-efficient and allows additional cost savings on your VIP Packages.

Please note that all sales are final and there will be no refunds provided. If you do not complete your installation payments as per the agreement, your tickets will be forfeited and no refunds will be given. We advise you to review your ticket level and seat selection carefully before purchasing to ensure your desired choice is correct. Once you complete the checkout process, the seats selected are yours. If you wish to transfer your VIP Package to another person up to 2 weeks before the event, please send your request through the contact form for review. Please note that the request is only approved once you receive confirmation from the MAJACE team. General Admission tickets can only be transferred by giving the ticket to another person. It is important to remember that each ticket can only be scanned once, so please store them in a secure place. MAJACE is not responsible for making arrangements for ticket transfers.

We have a packed weekend full of events and entertainment. Our schedule will ensure you know exactly where to show up and take advantage of every moment.
The venue for MAJACE is on the campus of NC Central University in Durham, NC. Marcus Anderson, who studied at NCCU, is thrilled to hold his festival in the university’s modern event center. The address is 500 Nelson Street, Durham, NC.

AND Coffee is a business owned by Marcus Anderson. The festival creates an opportunity for guests to taste the brands coffee at multiple times throughout the weekends. Customers can sample and purchase AND Coffee. Keep in mind these flavors are available throughout the year at http://andproducts.net.

MAJACE 2025 will raise funds for the Marcus Anderson Endowment through various means this year. Attendees will have multiple options to contribute to this noble cause. Donations are welcome; you can contribute today via the provided link donate. The Jazz Studies program will benefit from the Marcus Anderson Endowment.
