Vendors from all over the region will display their food & wares.  Beer, Wine, and Alcoholic beverages will be on sale at the festival site.

NO TRANSMISSION OR AIDING IN TRANSMITTING ANY DESCRIPTION, ACCOUNT, PICTURE, OR REPRODUCTION OF THE EVENT, GAME, PERFORMANCE, OR EXHIBITION IS ALLOWED. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE REASONABLE SEARCH FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, DRUGS, OR WEAPONS. YOU FURTHER CONSENT TO THE USE OF YOUR IMAGE OR LIKENESS INCIDENTAL TO ANY DISPLAY, TRANSMISSION, OR REPRODUCTION OF THE EVENT. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION OR EJECT ANY PERSON WHOSE CONDUCT IS DEEMED BY MANAGEMENT TO BE DISORDERLY OR WHO FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN.

Disclaimer of Liabiity

Event organizers, entertainers, or any persons attached to the production of these event(s) (hereafter all referred to as MAJACE) promise to use any and all precautions as advised by public health and governmental agencies to prevent and reduce the spread of any and all communicable diseases (including Covid19 and variants). Notwithstanding, participation in any public event may lead to exposure and illness from an infectious or communicable disease. Participants in all MAJACE related events acknowledge and assume responsibility for the risk of participation. At no time shall MAJACE assume the liability for any spread of a disease to any individual or group, unless MAJACE knowingly and willingly deviates from prescribed public health, governmental or event site(s) regulations.

Force Majeure

A Force Majeure event shall mean any causes beyond a MAJACE’s reasonable control, including labor disputes, civil commotion, war, riots, fires, floods, earthquakes, inclement weather, governmental regulations or controls, pandemic, epidemics, local disease outbreaks, public health emergencies, quarantines, casualties, strikes, site closures, the unavailability of labor or materials to the extent beyond the control of the event organizers, embargoes, civil strife, acts of terrorism, or acts of God, in addition to any and all other events regardless of their dissimilarity to the foregoing, deems to render performance of the Agreement impracticable or impossible under the law, in which event the nonperforming party shall be excused from its obligations for the period of the delay.

No event organizers, entertainers, or any persons attached to the production of these event(s) (hereafter all referred to as MAJACE) shall be responsible or liable for any failure, delay or change in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement if such failure, delay or change is on account of a Force Majeure Event. 

MAJACE organizers shall use reasonable efforts to notify all other party of a Force Majeure event and its anticipated effect on event production and scheduling within 5-7 business days of its occurrence.  MAJACE shall communicate with other party periodic reports of progress of the Force Majeure event. MAJACE shall communicate with other party of any cancellation, postponement or change in product/service due to the Force Majeure event.
