MAJACE 2026 will be hosted in downtown Asheville, North Carolina, with our main venue being the Renaissance Asheville Hotel. All events are held indoors, providing a luxury, climate-controlled setting for every experience.

No. MAJACE is an entirely indoor festival, hosted in air-conditioned, upscale venues to ensure comfort, style, and elegance all weekend long.
MAJACE is known for creative themes, and 2026 brings back the magic of a holiday season celebration in the summer. Expect holiday vibes, festive touches, and soulful joy—with a jazz twist.
- Although each level has its official start point, MAJACE is designed to unfold over multiple days, and most guests arrive early to enjoy it all.
- Java Grand VIP: Begins early with exclusive events, concierge service, premium seating, after parties, and surprise elements you won’t want to miss.
- Platinum VIP: Starts before the concerts with full access to holiday panels, brunches, premium activities, and VIP-only after parties.
- Gold: Officially begins with concert access. Includes swag, after-party invitations, and a refined experience at a mid-level VIP tier.
- General Admission: Begins with the concert events later in the weekend. This tier does not include swag, early access, or VIP-exclusive activities.

Yes! We will offer payment plan options when tickets go live to make it easier to reserve your spot early.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If you have taken advantage of one of our convenient payment options, you must complete your installation payments as agreed, or the tickets will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your ticket level and seat selection to ensure your desired choice is correct. The seats selected are yours once you complete the checkout process. You may transfer your VIP Package to another person up to 2 weeks before the event starts by sending your request through the contact form for review. The transfer request is only approved once you receive confirmation from the MAJACE team. To transfer General Admission tickets, give the desired person the confirmation tickets you received after checkout. Remember that our team will only scan each ticket once, so keep them in a safe place.

Yes! Marcus Anderson hosts one of the most exhilarating music festivals every year.
We are excited to have ONE location for everything! This means the music, daily events, sleeping rooms, morning events, after-parties, and more will take place at the beautiful Hilton Durham near Duke University. You asked for one location, and we delivered!
We will update the Accommodations Page with the hotel booking link for reservations as soon as it becomes available. The hotel is unable to process MAJACE accommodation requests (online or by phone) until we share the necessary details. We will first contact those who want to change to the new host hotel that already have tickets. Don’t worry, this hotel has plenty of rooms. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Yes! MAJACE offers Premium Platinum Experience VIP Packages for three days. We provide exclusive services to our Platinum VIP guests throughout the Escape.
Our packages include:
– Themed Events throughout the Festival
– Two nights of fantastic Concerts
– NC BBQ Brunch with Select Artists
– Conversations AND Coffee (Friday and Saturday morning) hosted by Marcus Anderson with Special Guest
– Brunch with DJ and Artist
– Daily Morning Special Events such as Line Dancing Classes
– Afternoon Hors D’oeuvres Reception with Artist Meet and Greet
– Two After-Parties
– Swag

We have many surprises in store, and our only VIP option is Platinum VIP. This is a Platinum event with limited General Admission seating. Visit our Tickets page to purchase your Platinum VIP package.
Yes! We offer a payment plan for our Platinum VIP Package, allowing you to split the total into four payments over four months. As the festival approaches, the number of available payments will decrease until full payment is the only option. Please note that additional fees apply for payment plans, covering the added convenience they provide.
The Platinum VIP seating section has reserved seats. During booking, you will have 7 minutes to select and check out your preferred seat. Your seat is reserved exclusively for you for the duration of the festival.
Paying in full is the most cost-efficient option and allows for additional savings on your VIP package.
We offer single-day and two-day General Admission tickets. But be careful—you may regret not staying for the entire weekend!
