What are my options for tickets at the Venue?

There are 3 options from the Diana Wortham Theater for your tickets. Here are the options as follows:

1. If you wish to attend the corresponding date for your performance,
you need do nothing at this time. Your existing tickets will be valid
at the event in August of 2021.

2. If you wish to exchange your tickets to a different day in the
weekend of performances in 2021, please reply to this email with your
name, order number, and the performance you would prefer to attend. We
will exchange and deliver your new set of tickets.

3. If you cannot attend any of the newly scheduled dates, you are
eligible for a full refund until August 7, 2020. Please call the
Wortham Center Box Office during regular business hours at 828-257-4530,
ext. 1 with the credit card number you would like your tickets refunded
to. Our regular business hours are 10 – 4 Tuesday through Friday.  

Is this event sold out?

No, so get your tickets fast because it is scheduled to be a sold out event. Tickets for the shows on Friday and Saturday night must be purchased separately.

Do you have host hotels?

Yes, we list Four Host Hotels on our website. They are on a first come, first serve basis.

What does my general admission show ticket get me?

The general admission show tickets get you an amazing line up. Tickets for Friday and Saturday night shows must be purchased separately. Please view the website to see the lineup and schedule. Purchase your tickets fast while supplies last.

Do I need to purchase a ticket to Friday & Saturday Night shows separately?

Yes, please use this link to view the ticket options, artist line up and schedule. You can also select your general admission show ticket options here.


No, the VIP packages are upgrade experiences. The VIP packages and general admission after parties are sold separately from the general admission shows on Friday and Saturday. You MUST still purchase your tickets to the Friday and Saturday night shows at the Diana Wortham Theatre through this link. You will NOT be granted access in the shows without also purchasing the general admission tickets to the various nights.
