Core Volunteers
These are our weekend warriors—the backbone of the festival. Core volunteers help throughout the weekend and play key roles in ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll be assigned specific duties and receive a special token of appreciation for your service.
Part-Time Volunteers (For Ticket Holders)
If you’re already planning to attend MAJACE and want to contribute, we offer opportunities for part-time volunteers who can help before or during the event while still enjoying the experience. This is perfect for guests who want to give back and be involved.

🎯 Please complete the volunteer interest form to be considered. Spots are limited and fill quickly.
📋 Additional Details:
- Volunteers must be 18+ years old
- Orientation will take place in advance of the event (virtual or in-person)
- Volunteers receive a badge and access to designated staff areas
- Some roles may involve standing, walking, or lifting—please let us know any limitations
- All volunteers must commit to showing up on time, in good spirit, and ready to serve
